Missing button binding to "Switch hanger" in the hanger screen on PS4

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. When in the hanger to select ship inspection, customize pilot, etc -- the option to change to the opposing hanger is no longer there. Prior to one of the recent updates, we could stay in the hanger screen and switch between New Republic or Imperial side. The wording is still there but there is no key binding for it. Now we have to exit to the main menu to change faction hangers.
