Missing Databank Encrypted Log "Sage, Vault, and Tomb" Bug

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug So I have acquired every trophy except for the trophy called “find all of BD-1’s encrypted logs”. However, I have completed all of them. In my databank, the only missing entry is Archive 1, number 2, called "Sage,Vault, and Tomb" which is on Bogano in the abandoned workshop. I have already interacted with this log, but for some reason it never went into my data bank and no matter how many times I save or travel and go back, I cannot interact with it again. I would appreciate if this was fixed soon.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don’t know
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, that’s the issue
What do you expect to see? The log entered correctly in my data bank

Hey all, I have a couple of theories about this bug so I've got a couple of clarifying questions to help me figure this one out, if you wouldn't mind.
- Are any of you playing on PC? It would be great to take a look at your savegame file, if so. You can direct message me here with info.
- When you return to the area that the scan is in, have you cleared the 2 bograt enemies back in the central room adjoining this room? Any enemies on you in combat state will prevent scanning.
- There is a trigger volume in the middle of this room that should enable the scan when conditions are met. You need to walk all the way into the center of this room:
- In the game start you're in when you're trying to get to the scan, have you already gone to the Vault and unlocked Zeffo? This scan is not available until after you've gone to the vault -- so on a new game, you'd have to do that before trying to get it.

Same issues here.
On the Ps4, last achievement needed. I remember scanning it at the time but not in my log and cannot rescan, have 100% the rest of the game and cannot get the platinum because of this trophy. I'm in the right place, just no options. Please share a fix.

I am also having this issue and cannot platinum. A fix from the devs would be appreciated.

I thought my game was bugged and that I would not be able to get the trophy, however after exploring the area mentioned, I climbed up the rope and found an unusual object to scan. The fact is, I had not found items from all 7 archives, the others looked complete but for me 6 had no entries making me think I had got them all. So just make sure you have all 7 and follow guides to locate them if necessary.

Same issues still and we are now into 2022!?
This is a fantastic game that is getting a sequel, please devs fix this for your future customers that may not have experienced this gem yet!
They will come looking for the prequel and will be just as irritated as we are!
Playing on PS5, definitely scanned it previously and it hasn’t registered, have killed the bog rats and jumping around like crazy!

BD still doesn’t scan and it does not appear in the databank!

Hey, I found a way to finally solve this 100% sure this works (tested on PC, PS and XBOX). I was having this issue for a long time since it's release and now in 2022 this still continues but it's ours way doing this wrong. I was looking the programming set in PC and to unlock certain Databank Logs you need to search others like they are linked. So for this Data specifically I found that you need the full Bogano Logs (I tried with just some of them and the error persisted) so after searching ALL datas on the planet I finally got Platinum on the three plataforms. I really hope I helped some of you with the same issue (I wish I tried this 3 years ago).
