Missing Trophies after completing campaign on ACE difficulty.

What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. I completed the game on ace difficulty, I returned to the menu and had unlocked the cosmetics for the story rewards but I have not received the four trophies you get for completing the campaign on ace difficulty. Also on missions 12, 13, 14 have registered medals on, no other mission shows medals.
