Multiplayer Lobby UI Unintuitive

I love the game but I stress and dread multiplayer for these reasons:

1. You have multiplayer game modes, but nothing that explains what they are or how to set them up. I want to figure out how I can have a team 2 of my friends, and have the rest of our squad be AI, while we battle AI. Nothing in these game modes explains how anything works - how the squads are built, if they are real or AI. It is all just way too confusing.

2. When I start a match and I have a headset, I have no idea if I am just talking to my friends or if I am talking to the whole squad, until one day, people are talking back. I thought it was just my friends and I chatting together. Nope, nor do I know how to change any of those settings. Then I find an option to push to talk, but it doesn't tell me what button to push to talk. voice should be much easier.

3. The biggest stress I have is when a match is over. I want to take my time, read the stats, see how out team did, but I find myself getting immediately launched into another match. Many times I just want to quit or get out and go to the main menu, but I see the counter starting the next match. I hit escape, and B buttons, and start button mashing because the next firggin match is starting and I don't want to start the next match. Just let me relax a little bit and decide if I even want to start another match before just launching me into one. I absolutely hate the end of Multiplayer for this stress alone.

So please, to fix this:

1. Make the UI a little more clearer with details explaining how to do things, like setting up a match with AI, real people, etc. 
2. Make it very clear how I can talk to the friends in my group only or talk to the whole squad. Sometimes I just want to talk smack or razz my friends and don't need a bunch of strangers listening in. It just isn't obvious, who is hearing, how to mute, or do anything mic related..

3. Please please please, when a multiplayer match is over, just stop already. Let me smell the roses, go to the bathroom, grab some food, or whatever, before counting the timer for the next match. Damn, that stress is killing me!
