My kids can't play
I can log in and out of ea in swb but my kids for some reason it says they're not allowed to access online. I checked their accounts and nothing has been changed. Called Xbox but they don't give a *. ...

Note for Origin, what Tony said above is correct and if they have an account that is below 13, then you can not do much sadly. You can try to contact support and follow this steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/article/contact-ea-help/ but again no guarantee.
