Ninth Sister Boss fight

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Ninth Sister will not die
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Watch me do the fight, perhaps?
What happens when the bug occurs? I have now attempted this fight on two different characters using two different skill lines. I get the Ninth Sister down to no visible health, and I am at or near full health. She force holds me, then goes into a spinning light saber attack knocking me back and I die. A one-shot death? I am unable to parry, jump out of the way or anything to counteract or prevent my death. She is not the first boss I have fought so far in the game, so I must have some idea of how to play.
What do you expect to see? The cut scene of her dying.

The Ninth Sister fight is insurmountable for me.  The Sister is showing no visible health on her health bar, and I am at or almost full health.  She force-locks me, goes into a spinning light saber defense and the knocks me down killing  me in one blow.  I am unable to evade or parry this attack.  I have attempted this fight over 50 times on two different character skill builds.

I really think this fight is bugged.

    Same thing happens to me, and I can't get passed it. 

    I turned the difficulty down to "Story", same thing. 

    I get her down to seemingly no life while I have almost full health, I hit her one more time and she goes into this spinning attack and we lock blades, the screen flashes to hold evade "Z", then when the spinning is over, she hits me and my life goes from almost-full to zero and I'm dead.

    Extremely frustrating, cannot progress ...

    Unfortunately the game doesn't work, no matter how fast you spam the button it doesn't register... due to stupid server lag... I'm spamming button like crazy but I can't get past the boss....

    IT's a joke so many fights a command doesn't register, why does this game have so much lag that I can't even complete the boss right???? Please sort this out.
