Do you mean you changed the matchmaking region? Perhaps doing so lets you poke the server for an update so your credits value updates to what it should be.

Community Admin@F1STER01 How many credits do you have in the game? I can see 4802 on this end, does that match what you have?
As mentioned previously, the zero credit post-match screen should be misleading but you should still be getting the credits.

He guys, i am new here... I see a lot of people with the problem of not getting credits or being able to reach a higher level. Is there a solution already? I am experiencing this for two weeks now. I can't find a way to ask this question directly to EA?
My console is a XBOX one.
Community Admin@sandit247 Hey, the credits should be granted anyway, it's just that the end of match screen won't reflect that they were earned.
As for the XP, it appears that this is being tracked/updated on the back end, but it's not going through to players due to the glitch. I think/hope those affected will get the XP when this is patched.
I am asking this for my son BTW so i am not really in to the matter. But the bottom line is no points will be lost and there is a glitch that will be fixed anytime soon?

I can't 100% guarantee this until after the update comes, but it should be retaining progress, yes.
