No pre-order bonuses through Amazon?

I pre-ordered Star Wars Squadrons through Amazon, but I did not receive my pre-order bonuses, nor did I get an e-mail informing me how to unlock them. Has anyone else who pre-ordered through Amazon have this issue? This is the PlayStation 4 version by the way.
