Summarize your bug Cannot scan part 2 of "The Creature" for the Databank in Bogano.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My assumption is that I told BD-01 to scan the chair and then walked away; and this caused the game to: 1. Take away the scan position & 2. Not count it in my Databank. This is just my assumption though; I'm not 100% certain this is the cause.
What happens when the bug occurs? Part 2 of "The Creature" becomes an unattainable Databank log; thus not allowing me to 100% the game.
What do you expect to see? Part 2 of "The Creature" appear in my Databank or To be allowed to scan it
Can't scan the chair in Bogano in order to complete my databank. Part 2 of "The Creature" is currently unattainable for me. I've look up videos just to make sure I was trying to scan the right thing and yep; scan just isn't there for me but I'm still missing it. I've tried leaving the Planet and coming back, restarting my game; everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling. My assumption is that I told BD-01 to scan the chair and then walked away, as I have done this before and usually BD-01 just stops scanning and comes back to Cal; and then it usualkly completes but sometimes I have to go back and rescan because I interrupted BD's scan. This is probably a weird scenario where he finished his scan and then I yanked him away before it was complete; and while the game thinks I've scanned it, it never gave me my progress for it.
This is again, my assumption; as I don't see any other way this can happen. Would like this to be fixed 🙂
Standing on the chair and looking at the distant creature worked for me after about like 15 seconds, so that works
The chair standing trick worked for me as well.
Me too. Can't believe that such a random thing somehow fixed it...
