not so fast

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Summarize your bug Cannot make progress on the Achievement "Not So Fast". I use Empowered Slow by holding RB until Cal's arms fly out and the enemy is under the full effect. I then kill the enemy with one hit. The saber is stabbed through the enemy's chest, which is the animation I believe indicates you have killed the enemy as a direct result of Empowered Slow. Upon checking the status of completing the Achievement, it indicates 0% progress.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Empowered Slow on an enemy that you can kill with one hit, like a standard Storm Trooper when you have increased light saber damage (I'm not sure if they are killed in one hit without that), then strike them down. Check the achievement progress for "Not So Fast" and see that you have made 0% progress.
What happens when the bug occurs? Progress on the achievement "Not So Fast" does not occur.
What do you expect to see? I should progress on the achievement "Not So Fast".

I don't have anything else to say other than it's frustrating since it's the last achievement I have to unlock. I've seen posts of similar problems where people say they can just reset the game or login later and the kills rack up and progress on the achievement is tracked, but that hasn't worked for me. I assume you have other higher priority fixes to make, but I'll be happy once this is addressed. It's a great game.

  • @spidoynkle Same thing is happening to me, but I have 2 more achievements/trophies left to get.
I haven’t found a solution yet, but will let you know when I do.
    Good luck.
(One thing you might want to try is going to a farm location with a bunch of standard stormtroopers; like Bogano on last stretch of the path to the temple, and trying to get all 25 right there. Maybe it’ll register. Haven’t tried yet, but will after weekend.)
  • @spidoynkle UPDATE: Solved.

After replying to your message, I went right to Bogano, and tried what I suggested. I got the achievement on the first stormtrooper I impaled.
It seems the game is counting, but it’s just not showing up in the progress bar.

I hope it works for you.
  • Hi Everyone,

This hint really works. So it s not a bug, THE ABOVE MENTIONED IS THE RIGHT SOLUTION.
