10 years ago@BrokenScenario Hey, can you try restarting with a Clean Boot and disable Origin In Game, then check again?
Perhaps there's a 3rd party program or the Origin overlay that's not playing well with OBS.

Thanks and good luck.
- 10 years agoBF4 had this issue for awhile during the launch period. I switched from OBS (Original) to OBS MultiPlatform and it was able to attach itself to the game and record. I've always had Origin In-game Overlay disabled, not a big fan of it (as with any overlay, including Steam and Uplay.)
It was working for a few until Battlefront broadcasted nothing but a black screen and audio to OBS. The game also crashes upon Fraps being launched if the game is open already but not if I open the game afterwards.
Battlefront seems to have a big problem with third party overlays/software, which I'm assuming has to do with the anti-cheat wanting to prevent memory access. Hopefully it's sorted out over time as Battlefield was. Boy was that an irritating period of trying to capture footage, lol.
Note: I spoke with a bunch of people on Reddit whom have stated they have been experiencing same issue. I guess I'll try optimizing window capture as it works but not ideal for capturing footage.
