Oggdo Bogdo death jump glitch

Summarize your bug Oggdo Bogdo death glitch- jumps out of the map to his death
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In his spawn location, try to get him to do his leap attack into the wall at about NNE side of the room (as you look when you first enter) He disappears and it claims you have defeated him...
What happens when the bug occurs? He leaps into the ground at the base of the wall at the part of the wall indicated above and disappears and presumably dies- you get credit for the kill.
What do you expect to see? His body will disappear from the room completely and you will receive indication that you have defeated him and you gain exp etc.

Really unsatisfying for this to happen because I haven’t beaten him properly and I can’t Respawn him without restarting the game because he’s a mini boss which I really don’t want to do. I guess there is some sort of small angle if he jumps into he is able to glitch out of the map. I don’t know if it is easily recreatable because I’ve only seen it once when he died but that’s the best I can describe it.
