Opened chest not registering as opened

Summarize your bug Opened the chest on Ilum in the shattered lake. The item is acquired and the chest remains open but it doesn't tick off on the map. This blocks my 100% progress and nothing seems to fix it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Either reset the chest to closed so I can open it again (even with nothing in it) or make the game register that I have opened the chest already.
What happens when the bug occurs? Chest stays opens but doesn't count as being opened. Thus blocking 100% completion and withholding the related trophy.
What do you expect to see? Ilum chests 5/5 and shattered lake chest 1/1
