Ordo Eris (Arena/jail) bug

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Summarize your bug Unable to do anything once the second round of combat in the arena is over. Disclaimer: this COULD be me missing something, but I'm fairly sure I've checked everything.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play through the arena
What happens when the bug occurs? unable to progress in the story, can't do anything to escape the arena, no other enemies show up. one of the corpses won't disappear either.
What do you expect to see? I've heard a droid should show up, so that

Another disclaimer: I restarted the game and none of my progress was saved as though I had died. Will update if the same bug occurs again.

Update: went well on the second try!

    @Wolves4Ever03 Have it on xbox to. Is it possible to restsart the hole mission from the cell because I saved outside the fight pit?

    Did you already found a solution? I have exactly the same problem on xbox S series and I tried everything but the 2nd enemy won't spawn. Please help!
