Outfit Option Missing in Customization Menu

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug The option to select an outfit has disappeared from the customization menu when playing a new game + play through. All other customization options (appearance, poncho, bd-1, mantis) unlock as expected, but outfits never does.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a play through on new game + and when you get to the point in the story when customizations unlock check if the option for outfits is there.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are unable to select outfits to change them in game.
What do you expect to see? Outfit listed among the other customization options in the menu.

    Just wanted to note that this is still an issue as of 05 January 2023. Exactly as written above.
