I agree with you, It seems like the bomber has been nerfed into oblivion at this point. The bomber used to be very scary when flown by a player who knew how to use it but like you stated this change has made them useless. I mean it was possible to dodge a bomber in a fighter or an interceptor because you can move quicker. The only time it was a problem was when the player was good. But even then it was still possible to get out of the way of the burst laser to move in for an attack, I just had to be more skilled than the bomber player. I don't understand why they did this. I mean are there people who find the game so challenging, that they needed this nerf.

I honestly cant hit most ships I am trying to shoot with the bombers anymore with the mini gun lasers. They move away from my targeting so fast I just stop chasing them. And trying to shoot capitol ships is horrible when using the beam weapon.
Did ANYONE in Quality Assurance say anything before they put this patch out. Its like no one tested this and said HMMMMM this is really a bad idea.
