That's not cheating. That is a potential combination of lag, the fact that the kill cams are known to be hopelessly inaccurate, plus the known issue of the reticle not always turning red at the right time: That was *almost* fixed in this last patch, but they pulled it back at the last second, so clearly they're still working on it.
