Community Admin@7SevenAnd7 Hey, I encountered a similar report previously, the rebind wasn't working properly, until they reset the binds to default.
After that the binding worked as it should. Be sure to bind the "Private chat" function to a different button too.
Thanks for the reply. I wish I had better news, but I set the defaults back in the key mappings and reassigned all the keys. When I fired up a game the same thing happened - "O" launched both the hand function and the chat window.
I reset the defaults again, this time making sure to map the chat option away from "O" first and then remapped the other keys. Still no luck.
Anything else I can try?
Having the exact same issue. Tried remapping the keys, no help. Problem started today after the battlefront update.

Yep, after some testing it appears that O will be hard bound to the private message response, sorry.
- Is there a chance that it will ever be changed so the key can be remapped?
