I had this problem with the SWBF Stress Test game and also Battlefield 4. It turned out that the new Windows 10 64 bit O/S was failing. After working with Microsoft support and their inability to fix my problem, I was forced to blow-up the O/S and start again. ikr. The telltale sign of O/S failure, try to change permissions to a folder in your documents to: Read - Write. If it will not allow the change from read only to read-write, you may have what I had. Microsoft is very hush-hush with this issue, but they're aware of the problem.
