Ever since the Jakku patch I've had major stuttering problems with my framerate. I've been able to run it at 1440p with Ultra settings ever since launch (including beta). Now after the Jakku update I'm getting major hitching in areas resulting in framerates around 15-25 fps. For the record I have 2x GTX970's and an i7 4970K. I was able to run at a consistent 60FPS pre-patch. Anyone experience something similar? It seems to happen more consistently indoors.
I have heard alot of users having issues with having SLI. This could be your issue. I just saw a post by another user that is a "possible fix", and since I do not have an SLI setup, I cannot personally test this. However, go to this thread and see if his "possible fix" helps you at all.
I gave it a shot and unfortunately it did not fix my performance issues. This is becoming very frustrating as the game is literally unplayable when these performance hitches happen.

i have the exact same setup as you and faced the same performance issues since the patch. But i noticed that i updated my graphic card on the same day aswell. So i downloaded the "old" nvidia driver (359.00) from 19.11. and its working now again for me. No more performance issues. Only thing that pisses me off is that the new nvidia patch is made for Rainbow Six : Siege an Just Cause 3 and i am playing those aswell ☹️

Same problem here on PC. My friend is also reporting the same thing, he's also said since the DLC, Battlefront makes his audio crackle.
