pre ordered star wars, where is the bonus weapon and content?

@crushdgrape What system is this for? Pre-orders don't get a bonus weapon, they unlock early access to the Jakku map. 

If you purchased the Deluxe edition that's a different case, the items should just appear in your inventory. 

I preordered the Deluxe Edition, and I don't have access to the bonus weapons at this point in time.

@gmmo125 @tummyroll @elsewhere2009 I took a quick look at your accounts, you should have the deluxe content as you say. Can you try going to the store and manually redownloading the Digital Deluxe content item. 

If you try this and it has no effect, can you try a full restart of your console (this should clear any caching issues if this is a factor)?

If the issue still persists, can you take a screenshot of your blaster select page? 

The DL-44 takes some earning so its absence should indicate that the content is missing. 

@Snowmiser00 Your account doesn't show the content, is there any chance someone used the code before you? If not, please contact Xbox support using the link above. 

I am also experiencing this issue on Xbox One. I have inserted the code provided as well as gotten a confirmation that the code worked, but I still see no content. I have played quite a few hours and now without that content and it is very frustrating because the content is the reason I purchased the Deluxe Edition.
