Prologue hanger throttle glitch

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Prologue
What were you doing when the bug occurred? Step by Step detail is helpful. The games ask me to press up on the right stick to throttle up and leave the hanger. I just end up looking around my cockpit. Nothing makes the throttle engage. I have rebound my controls and restarted the mission and the gane, its still the same. It works on my sons account (same xbxox) and i have done this mission befor (restarting becouse i only played 2 or 3 leveks on release) multiplayer works fine
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. Hanger right at the start of story mode after powering up and targeting the ship in front
