PS4 - Can't Load Saved Games - Digital Copy

PS4 - Can't Load Saved Games I bought the game digitally. when i try to load a saved file i get a pop up saying "your save file failed to load because of content that has not completed installation"...

so i spoke to the helpdesk - the game becomes playable but does not mean it is 100% downloaded. so i ll wait for the 100% download status and report back.

  This frustrating thing is happening to me too on my PS4 . And yes... The game has been 100% downloaded. I'm about to ask PlayStation store for my money back. This is so freaking stupid... I mean seriously

    @VicMackey321 It sounds like you may have found a solution but if not, here is something that has worked for me with other games
    Go to Settings -> Account Management -> Restore Licenses
    Hope this helps 🙂

Did you have to uninstall the game, reinstall and wait for it to download 100% before replaying?

How do I contact the help desk? & how do I view the progress of my download? It looks finished to me.
