Only USB device I have plugged in are Keyboard, Mouse, and the HOTAS. I replugged em both just to be safe, but still same.

I worked around it by reprogramming my joystick to switch axis 4 & 5. Too bad that it isn't set up to work by default or that there isn't a way to address this in game.
