Unfortunately there isn't a way to "unredeem" a code once it's been used on an account. Once it's redeemed, it's linked and can't be removed to be transferred to another account (Unless you're trying to merge two of your own accounts).

I wish I had a solution for you, but I'm afraid that as of right now there's nothing we can do.
