@DarthVenomTr Hey, please double check your statements to be sure that the double payment didn't go through, perhaps/hopefully the system caught the issue.
If it did go through, please have your brother contact support, they can take a closer look at his account and make the changes that are needed.

We do have an process for refunds called the great game guarantee, you can check it out here, but it might not be usable for refunding an accidental multi-purchase.
