I've forwarded it but still thought I'd share that link and make sure you don't post any stuff you shouldn't

@SAlTAMA_X Naming and shaming is against the rules here, as is creating duplicate accounts to post on the same thread, so please don't do that.
We do investigate reports, but we won't report back on actions taken.
I understand that it can be frustrating, but a list such as you described would not be appropriate here. I understand you wont report actions taken, but it is obvious none were taken when i see him again the next day.
@EA_David where would a list of hackers along with obvious proof go?
Hello Mr. David, I would like to ask you to have a look at this list of cheaters in Battlefront (2015)
Here is the list: [Removed - CM]
The video is my work, all clips are unedited, real, and show different players cheating in a public lobby of Star Wars: Battlefront (2015). Hope it can help you to do your work more efficiently, and I'm ready to send more clips of obvious cheaters of Battlefront in the future!
Sincerely,
A currently active player of Star Wars: Battlefront (2015)
Here is a video take about a week ago [Removed - CM] It was either last Friday or Saturday and I ran into 2 obvious hackers and I think a third. I leave one lobby because of a hacker and in the new one there is also a hacker.

If you suspect another player cheating in EA games please report them via the method described in the link below.
How to Report Cheatinghttps://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/
Naming and shaming other players on the Answers HQ is not allowed. Please review our posting Rules & Guidelines here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/help/faqpage#dos-donts
We've played this game for years, we know how to report someone. The problem is people have been reported countless times naming certain cheaters who could shoot through walls, have speed hacks, aimbot, wallhacks, damage hacks and get over 300 kills per game. Tons of people report these guys and guess what? 7 months later he is still here cheating. It's really ironic and frustrating to just be told "Report someone here", when that's what we've been doing. Reporting doesn't work.

Hey all, please do not share links to any cheats you may see as doing so is technically a breach of the AHQ User Rules and Guidelines.
From here on out, any sharing of videos or naming of users and accusing them of cheating or linking to cheating sites will result in bans.

Okay, we break your rules on your platform, it's obvious you punish us immediately, that's how it has to be done. BUT! I still have two questions (yesterday I asked more actually, but nobody gave me answers)
1# if we break your rules here, you ban us, that's clear and correct. How is it possible, if a player starts cheating in the game, he doesn't get banned for days, weeks, or months? And he can continue using cheat without any warning or punishment?
2# what is the point of your rule that we are not allowed to post cheaters here? In the enlightened 21. century every rules has a goal, an important meaning, to prevent or forbid something. Why does this rules exist, what's its goal? What is the point/meaning of the rule "naming and sharing suspected ingame cheaters is not allowed"? What do you want to prevent with it, why do you defend them instead of punish them?
Alright cool! I hope you can keep up that attitude for the cheaters as well. Thanks :D
@EA_Darko Just curious, do they people that view my reports that are sent to have the power to ban hackers? Or do they just "verify" or "validate" that the user is breaking the rules and send the case up to someone else to ban.
My disappointment with the EA support team is immeasurable, and my day-wait no actually my life-is ruined, since this game is all I play. It is such a shame that my favorite game happens to be ran by the worst game company on the entire planet. Every other day I run into the same hackers, same douche bags that ruin the dwindling player base. It would be such an easy fix, look at the reports, look at the video evidence, and with a few clicks ban the hackers. BUT NO. Try to report someone nothing happens. All of your friends report someone still nothing happens. Then you have to talk to the support team which is absolutely bonkers. All they say is blah blah please use the following link to report this player and we will resolve the issue. THAT IS SOME BULL CRAP BOY. Reports go straight to the trash bin, and that is some facts dude. Support team is no help, no help at all. At this point it feels like i'm being TROLLED by the literal support team. ITS LIKE THEY ACTUALLY WANT TO PROTECT THE HACKERS. Alright alright, I need to chill out. I realize not everyone at EA is a lazy hack protector, and that crincrict and Blueberry are just following protocol, but for real, what is the point of having a team that analyzes the reports, if they go right down the drain. Sounds like people aren't doing their job. I'm not advocating they be fired, but they should do their job. Peace out, happy reporting boys

Hey all, we cannot comment on any investigations.
If you report a hacker through the appropriate channels then it will be fully investigated but we will not be able to discuss the users or if any action is taken.
Darko Regardless of you announcing it, the playerbase is small enough that we'd see the hacker within the next few days and notice they haven't been banned for using blatant hacks and admitting to their hacks in chat. It's obvious you guys don't care so I'm just curious why the report feature exists with people that receive the reports because that's just wasting money.
I've done everything you guys have told me to do and it has been well over 72 hours and I still have not received a response from EA. My day is immeasurable and my disappointment is ruined. I have done everything you said I should do but EA Support has done nothing you said they should do. This is not a customer problem it's YOUR problem. I have done everything in my power to help you but you refuse to do anything. There are so many of us trying to keep the game the way it should be but you don't care. Nothing any of us can do to solve this problem. I could send thousands of reports and nothing would happen. Also I'm still curious as to who has the power to ban cheaters so I can go talk to them because my reports must never make it to them. Could you at least give players the option to kick people from their lobby? There are known hackers and once they join a ton of people quit and the lobby dies.
This is so true. Hackers ruin lobbies, and it happens all too often. If nothing but a simple vote-kick/temp ban system - that would get the job done.
@EA_Darko I'm not sure they are being investigated. I haven't gotten a response and it has been almost double the promised time. So basically I've done everything you guys have suggested and instead of saying oh I've tried that it doesn't work, I hoped that maybe something changed. I tried it again and same results, nothing. Like honestly you say it works but there is no way it does and I just proved that wrong right now. If you believe I'm doing something wrong I can make a video of everything I do to show I am reporting as you asked, but I doubt that'd work seeing as EA won't watch any videos that show blatant hacking.

As I sated above @SAlTAMA_X if you report a hacker through the appropriate channels then it will be fully investigated but we will not be able to discuss the users or if any action is taken.
The only response you will get is a thank you, beyond that our team will not communicate with you in any way regarding the outcome of your report.
Darko @EA_Darko I would like to inform you that I did not get a thank you. Also I can tell there was no action taken against the blatant hacker because my friends saw him playing last night.
I'm going to make a hypothetical situation because I don't know where the problem is. Let's say that I report a hacker, my case is investigated, and they are found guilty. What is the next step?

As I have stated previously @SAlTAMA_X we will not discuss the outcome of any investigation with you, if you make a report then you will not be informed of any action taken or not taken.
Darko @EA_Darko My question why is action not taken?
@SAlTAMA_X, As he said, no one will contact you regarding what happens but options are: Warn the player, remove the player, ban the player, etc. A lot depends on other reports they have, evidence provided, number of other reports, etc. Each one is investigated and a determination is made for the next step, but they have a policy that is not delineated on any web-site, but is in the T's and C's of the game you purchased. Under the rights you have to use the game and the rights they have should you abuse your rights. Lots of legal has been provided to each user and you have to agree to the terms and conditions before it will let you play. Understandably many do not read this info, but you can bet the detail is in the terms and conditions if you want more information.
Good news is they are going to protect their rights and try to protect all players who abide by the rules while dealing with the players who do not. As the company is public, they can't disclose to much info and the lawyers are there to mitigate any claims and protect the IP rights of the company. Don't expect them to change their mind on this.
So it is up to you. If you believe someone is cheating, hacking, or otherwise hurting the game, gather your evidence, video or other and report them for the benefit of all who play fairly. Rest assured they will do what they need to do and deal with it.
I for one appreciate your questions on detail and support you for trying to help keep the game fun and fair for all.
If you decide to report, here is a link. https://help.ea.com/en/search/?product=star-wars-battlefront-ii&platform=pc&category=report-concerns-or-harassment&q=report+cheating
A good player will sometimes post a vid of his abilities online. Perhaps search the name to see if they have done extraordinary things and determine if it is them or your point of view.
May the Force be with YOU!.
