@AlexanerJenkinsI agree with you they were happy to take our money so they should supply the service we have paid for. I gave them some slack even done the investigation for them and if feels like they have just slapped me in the face for it so I'm monitoring the steam forum and making sure to let people, it's a bug caused by them only meeting minimum spec not recommended spec, EA know about it, have known since launch day and have given us no info on when it will be fixed.
I don't want to be that arse who kicks up a tantrum to get their way but I feel we passed the point where EA are telling us that is what we need to do in order to get the service we have paid them for.
in deference to your avatar it does feel that pilots are wanted but not needed, not having paid their admission fee anyway
