  • Hi, thanks for the response.

    That seemed to have done the trick.

    Other stuff I also happened to do which may or may not have contributed:

    deleting the files, redownloading in safe mode, and putting a directx install folder into the installer folder before installation started because it wasn't making one on its own.

    Hi, I have the similar problem, however, I have made sure I am the administrator and still am stuck at 22%.

    Same problem. admin and still stuck at 22% for 10 hours ...

    Log in to Origin as administrator (right-click icon on Desktop and choose "admin"). 

    Right-click on game in Origin.  Choose "repair".

    Should download the rest of the install files and install correctly.

  • i have got a problem ! 

    i right lick in origins but i don't see the repair button

    @sarkanykarom 

    1. Close down Origin
    2. Make sure Origin has been added to your anti-virus exceptions list
    3. Right-click on the Origin desktop shortcut
    4. Click run as administrator
