@Tirkeesorry mate, I have no idea which area it could be as I got all of Origin Tree done the first time through. I don't even have access to the game anymore now to show you my maps ☹️

I'm also stuck at 93% in the Origin Tree. I can't find the last bit any where. If anyone has any idea where it is I would really appreciate it! 

For anyone with the Origin Tree thing, maybe you don't have every inch of the water explored? Also, do you have both chests?

The only thing I think of to help is if you get enough screenshots of your map and I'll compare it to mine, see what's not lit up.

Don't know if you've figured this out yet or not.. after you fight the 3 giant spiders, keep looking around on that level, there is a vine hanging in the darkness, extremely difficult to see unless you're looking for it specifically

I was in the same situation.  93% Origin Tree.  There is a vine in the back of the circular area to the left.  It's in the spiders lair with all the eggs.  Climb up and jump into the little alcove.  Bam. 100%.  Drove me nuts for so long.

In the back of Origin Tree there is a spider's lair type area.  There's a vine you have to climb and then jump into an alcove to get an echo.  I had the same issue for a long time and just found it.

At the back of the first walking area with the meditation point, just behind the bouncing plant, there’s a rope in the middle of that circular area that blends in quite well that I missed too and had me on 93%. Climb it up to a platform where there is an echo.

I had this issue too! For me the missing part was found when you first enter origin tree, after the lake, you fight the three spiders and slug, and at the back you scan the spider web, in that area there is a rope to climb up to an area with a force echo. Hope this helps!

On the return to Kashyyk when you are going for the tree after meeting Tarful. You swim to the yellow bouncing plant past the slugs fighting the troopers, dive into the pool and then you get to the venus flytrap things and onto the vine wall where those plants stretch out to you. 
Now, when I am on there I climb down but there is a piece of branch that stops me climbing down or to the right.. Can you drop and then grab again? How do you get past the branch bit and reach the other side?

Ok I'm currently at 87% in the Shadowlands and 92% for Origin Lake.  I have all chests and secrets from each section so I'm not sure what I'm missing for 100% exploration for both.
