Re: my starwars jedi fallen order data has been lost

If we haven't reinstalled or moved game files around, I'm not entirely sure where your save could have gone but it's possible it has become corrupted, 

Depending on which client you play from can you try to verfiy/repair the game files and check if this continues? Also just to check do you use mods? 

• Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Verify the game in via your Steam library

@EA_Illium no i dont use mods, i tried to repair it and when i opened it nothing changes but i will try again

@EA_Illium i forget something i dont have the game on steam i have it on origins and when i try to download origins it doesnt work

Hi @MWA1, apologies to confirm your unable to download it or launch it? Also are you still using the older Origin client or the new EA app?

@EA_Illium now i am using the new ea app and tried origins but it doesnot open
i have the game now on my pc but from ea app not origins
