Same here.  I experienced this back in beta except it was the EA servers at that point.  I've gone through and done all the port forwarding that was recommended, but it still takes several tries to connect to a match.

Sad to say I am still encountering the issue. I was able to play Friday afternoon with very little issue, even being able to join matches on the first try without having to do the "test connection" method. On Saturday, I had to use the "test connection" method, but I was able to join matches quickly. On Sunday morning, the "test connection" method is no longer working.

i got a same problem but a pc version of the problem jaja

Same issue, played for an hour last night, no issues. tried to play today, can't. Played an hour of BO3, no issues. Tried again, no joy. Get this fixed.
