It's better to assume good faith until proven otherwise. And to be fair to EA you are posting on Christmas day. They're entitled to a few days off just the same as you are.

This entire experience has been enough to prove otherwise.
Also, I understand, Christmas is important, people's families, etc. However, I have a grand total of 24 hours probably about 21 now, to get through this process.
