Went out last night and got 15 kills with the 21B and the contract completed halfway through the battle.
Doesn't explain how the heavy blaster part automatically completed along with it but happy it's done anyway.
Earlier battle I got to 14/15 and it updated to reflect that but next battle I went back to a heavy blaster and it reset to zero.
Got the 15 next battle so happy in the end.
