@danny1993nl Ah yes, sorry I thought there were newer ones but I was mistaken. I was hoping to see the text version that you get if you save it, that can have some more info in case anything popped out.
Back on track, can you try restarting your system with a Clean Boot next? Running a game without any other 3rd party programs running can help if you're having problems.https://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
Thanks. - Anonymous10 years ago

Thanks, I wonder, what is your graphics card, exactly? I notice that it's showing as having too little graphics memory, so I fear you may be below-spec, but maybe you can get the game running anyway.
Next, can you wiping your settings? Go to My DocumentsSTAR WARS Battlefront\settings and make a backup of the files there.
Then delete them and start up the game again. - Anonymous10 years ago
its not the problem of my grahpic card, like i said before when the game came out of beta i could play it without any problems. Even all on MED settings.
Next, can you wiping your settings? Go to My DocumentsSTAR WARS Battlefront\settings and make a backup of the files there.
Also didnt work.
Is there another way please? Because i cant get my money back from the shop with a internet game.

Beta and the final game aren't identical. Your card already appears to have below the required VRAM.
If you list your card perhaps folks can help to get the game running below spec, but withholding information doesn't help anyone.

what card you mean? my graphic card?
AMD Raedon r7 200 series

That's not at all what is meant. There was an entire series of six R7 200s, from 240 to 265, half of which are below the minimum.

So you are saying because of my card i cant load the game? I never heard about that.

The single MOST important component in any PC used for gaming is the GPU. Never forget that. If you have a low end card, all manner of anomalous misbehavior symptoms from games are anticipated to continue.
Right from the start, the "minimum" hardware is not supposed to provide a particularly rewarding gaming experience, because the graphics must be sey to LOW, the screen resolution to Medium, and some occasional slowdowns should be expected.
Typically, if the gap from what you have to what you need is a small one, you coarsen your screen resolution, lower graphics to as absolutely low as it goes, and accept more slowing down here and there, but if it's a large discrepancy, that's not going to be enough.
