@FortuneGT I thought about doing that but when I checked chat it told me the wait was 330 minutes, (5.5 hours). So immediately decided to wait on the assumption that this was a top priority and that it would be fixed before the 24 hour mark. Now I'm just thinking about refund and just buying this game from Origin instead.

@mtthwlx sorry there have been loads of posts in this thread - what did you do to get it working?

@chrustec They are talking about getting the game on origin and then refunding the steam purchase. The problem seems to stem from pre-orders/pre-loading not linking to already established origin accounts.

@Sir_Pridey Yeah just got off chat with EA support they suggested to just keep an eye on the social media accounts for announcement on when the issue is fixed. Someone screwed up :S

@mtthwlx This did not work (unlink Steam and Origin account). I got the prompt to log in, but I ended up with the 918 error again.

@wolffepack00 Is the game greyed out on your Origin account or not showing up at all?
