Re: Won't Launch Global Shader

Im having the same issue and I just bought the game today.

I have not received a response from EA yet but it looks like it has to do with your graphics Card being to old for the game.

It does not make a lot of sense since my graphics card works fine with every other game including the Star Wars old Republic game I play all the time.

Hopefully they can come up with a patch that will work.

Are you able to try uninstall then reinstall. This sounds like it could be a bad install.

Yes I uninstalled it and reinstalled but got thr same thing. 

has there been any solution from EA on the global shader issue?

have tried repair, didn't work.  Uninstalled, now reinstalling.....

reinstall did not work.  What is an uncooked version and how do I get it/
