@riverspirit1213every elevator in the ice caves is one way (going up), but has a downwards ice slide in the same room leading back down. There's 3 elevators and 3 ice slides. Go to where the elevator you took was, look close by for a slide. Then from there if you want to go back to the tomb you'll have to the take whichever elevator brings you closest.
There is an ice slide at the entrance I went up, but it's blocked by a spinning fan. I can't force slow it and I've tried multiple attempts at making timed jumps.
@riverspirit1213you definitely can slow the fan, as that's how you get through.
Either your game is bugging out or your timing is off, but I assure you that fan is supposed to be slowable.
Well I tried. I spent 30 minutes banging at the blade and spamming the slow key with no success. So I guess the scomp link remains broken and I will continue the game without it. By exploring I assumed something like Witcher III. I'll make sure to read the walkthroughs so I can explore "correctly".
