Same here. I got the code quite a while ago, when the EA client was called "Origin" still. I didn't redeem it right away as I didn't have Origin installed at the time. Today, after entering the code the client recognizes it and its says "Code accepted" but when I try to confirm, it says the code is invalid.
If I try to redeem the code through ea website/my account, its the same story. The site recognizes its for Jedi Fallen Order, but when I click "next", it says:
"An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later."
