Same issue. Shows me having the game when I put the Product code in but then tells me invalid likely everyone got these codes from Twitch Prime when it became a prime code for free. I doubt many of us used it right then and there is likely why we all are trying to figure it out now.

If you got the code via Amazon Prime Gaming, it could be the case that the code expired. It's best to contact Amazon Prime Gaming for this to be sure. This is not something we handle.I have the same problem with the purchased code that game with the physical game, as well as the code from gamestop
