High refresh modes are capped to 60hz.
No combination of video or graphics options solve this issue.

Same issue, AMD Vega GPU.
I was able to fix the refresh rate, make sure you select Full Screen Mode, then the other settings will open up to you. I hope this helps!
This issue is that the game is only rendering 60 fps regardless of what you set the screen refresh rate to.

If I put it in fullscreen mode the cutscenes break!
I'm submitting a refund today via steam, even though I am well over the 2 hours cutoff.
I'm not going to have a game in my library that I paid for that just doesn't work. My fear is that the refresh rate bug will not be fixed and toted as baked into the engine/game.

Game feels like its running at 30 frames even though it says im getting 200 plus.

Turn Vsync on.
The only issue is, for whatever reason Vsync doesn't work during multiplayer.
But yeah, for the campaign Vsync fixed the issue for me.
yep same problem here trying to play at 144hz, feels and looks very choppy, like 30fps. The only refresh rate option that works is 60hz
For me this option doesn’t even work. I run 2k on a RTX3080 oc and a g sync monitor. No resolution or frame lock helps I always get tearing low frame rates long loading times...
