Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use Repulse above any slanted surface, including invisible ones (blocking volumes). Happens in plenty of places, but probably the best place to describe and replicate is the very edge of the Weathered Monument region of Zeffo, the corner closest to the Imperial Headquarters region (the one which overlooks the entrance). Jump off the edge down to the area below, but use repulse while you're above the cliff face region where it's slanted.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cal will be stuck, flying in the air indefinitely. Must quit to menu and restart -- sucks a lot.
What do you expect to see? Cal slides along the slanted surface to the ground below, like he normally would if he was just falling like usual.

In this pic, Cal is stuck on a rock on Bogano -- a very small slanted blocking volume, but since this move locks Cal's movement completely downward and doesn't allow any horizontal repositioning, it still locks him in place.
