Rogue One Scarif DLC not activated for Season Pass

I have the season pass and I just donwloaded the new game update. I can see the new Scarif content but it is locked out, as well as the older DLC (Death Star, etc.). I resolved this by re-downloading ...

I think it probably won't be able to be purchased until normal release date (have the same all content locked problem) I really wanted to just the hutt contracts done

Try going to the PS store. Do not go to battlefront. Go to the new add-on section and browse until you find the rogue-one add-on.
