How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? unlock yellow unexplored map areas, find hidden force echoes and chests. Save game at Meditation Circle. Log back in. Last few unexplored areas and hidden items will be reset.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time I log back into the game there will be some lost progress. Even after using medication circles to save game.
What do you expect to see? When I return to the game that all of my saved progress is intact.
