Screen Border Adjustment Needed PLEASE

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If someone can tell me how to get a picture from my Xbox to my PC I can send a picture.
What happens when the bug occurs? HUD is covered by the edge of the screen, and explanations in skill tree are missing first word of every line.
What do you expect to see? My HUD and the first word of every line in the skill tree.

The default screen size/border setting in the game is too big, and I am barely able to see my HUD, and the skill tree explanations are missing the first word in every line because of it as well. My TV and Xbox don't have any screen border adjustment to remedy the situation.
