Secrets not unlocking in Crystal Cave after they have been found

Summarize your bug I have found all the secrets on ILUM but they are not registering
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you go the stop of the 3 Secrets on that planet...the blue stardust is still on the ground but it wont' unlock on my screen preventing the platinum trophy
What happens when the bug occurs? nothing.....
What do you expect to see? 3/3 for secrets found on ILUM

I saw on the latest patch that you are addressing the chest not counting but I saw no reference to the secrets,,,,I want to make sure that's addressed as well because its a bug currently
