SIMS 4 PROBLEM

I have been having this issue for months. My sims will open but when im trying to actually load in a family to play the game will not load. It stays on the loading screen for hours and no luck. I deleted all the mods that i have saved for clothes and hairs etc. I am very angry because all the hours and money i've spent and you guys will not help me.
