Spawning in hero hunt

I spent ten minutes chasing heroes around and when I finally killed one I spawned as a hero right in front of someone to the point where they are meleeing me in the back of the head. I died and immediately turned my PlayStation off and quit playing to write this. Spawns have to be fixed!
