Squadron blackscreen on loading using 4k super ultrawide monitor

I've just upgraded from a 1440 SUW to the new 57inch 4k SUW monitor and none of my ea games now work. Including SWBF and BF as well as squadron... when I load the game it stars to load then my screen...

Hey @frkfrkfrk 

Can we try the following first and check if this continues?

  1. Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
  2. Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
  3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
  4. Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
  5. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
  6. Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
