Star Wars battlefield will not launch xbox one.

Cover art image, then just resets to the xbox one main menu screen.  Can't even get in the game.  I bought the disc so it's not the downloaded version.  Every other game I have works.  Except this one all of a sudden.

I am having the same issue.  I have the download version.

As of 2/7 my SW Battlefront will no longer load When I try to start the game from the main Xbox screen , or from the launch game button in the SWBF game hub, I get the main SWBF screen, it pauses on that screen for 8-10 seconds, then minimizes back to the main Xbox screen. I do not even get the small spinning circle that shows it is connecting to the EA servers.
I am on an Xbox Onein Midwest North America (Kansas City) with a fiber connection (674mbps up and 580 Mbps down) signed in to X box live and able to connect with my other games.
This only started Sunday, 2/7 and since then I have not been able to Even launch the game. Any ideas or suggestions would be most appreciated, as I have a game I have invested $100 in which I can no longer access.

Found a fix.  Power off holding the button on the console for ten seconds.  Wait a few minutes then power up the same way.  Full power down and up cycle fixed the issue.

Funny. I live in Raymore, a KCMO suburb, and I had the same failure to launch issue as well. The hard restart worked for me also. I did unplug the console also, to ensue a hard reset, but the game launched fine from there on.

Hard reset did not work for me, but tech support walked me through clearing the cache on my Xbox.  It immediately fixed the failure to start issue...  I have also noted a drastic improvement in in hit registering and lag issues since clearing the cache as well...  Below is the procedure.

    Please follow the steps:
1> Select the option: Settings -> Network Settings
2> Select the option: Advanced Settings
3> Select the option: Alternative Mac Address
    4> Select the option: Clear
    5> Shut down the console.
6> Disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes.
7> Plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange.
8> Once the power brick has the Orange light , start the console and try the game again.
